• We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.
• Note: We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the UK.

2. Shipping Costs

• Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £40.00 GBP.
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for £3.99 for those requiring faster delivery.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

To help you estimate when your order will arrive, please refer to the following:

• Order Cut-off Time 2:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
• Handling Time: 1 Business Day (Monday to Friday).
• Transit Time; 1–3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 Business Days.

4. Delivery Method & Tracking

We utilize trusted carriers such as DPD to ensure your kits arrive safely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website.

5. Discreet Packaging

We understand the sensitive nature of our products. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no mention of "Drug Testing" or the website name on the outside of the box or mailer. The return address will list our corporate name: Drug Testing Kit UK

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@drugtestingkit.uk or call 03333 701 701. Please retain all packaging materials for inspection.

7. Address Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has reached the "Dispatched" status, we are unable to change the delivery address or cancel the order.
