We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Any orders submitted after our daily cut-off time, on weekends, or during Uk. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
C. Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT+00:00, London).
Orders received after this time will enter processing on the following business day.
D. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Processing Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
Total Delivery Time: 2–5 Business Days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery estimates begin after an order has been dispatched and may vary depending on your location or courier operations.

- Orders under £40: £3.99 Shipping
F. Delivery Method & Tracking
We utilize trusted carriers such as DPD to ensure your kits arrive safely. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly via the carrier’s website.
G. Address Change
The delivery address cannot be changed after shipping. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@drugtestingkit.uk.
H. Missing or Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@drugtestingkit.uk or call +44 3333 701 701. Please retain all packaging materials for inspection.
I. Cancellations
If you need to change your order before receiving it, we can accept cancellations at any time up until shipment. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
