B. Currency

All prices on our website are displayed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply a currency conversion fee please check with them directly, as we have no control over these charges.

C. Payment Processing & Security

All payments are processed through our secure Shopify checkout, which uses encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections to protect your card and personal details. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

D. When You're Charged

Payment is taken in full when your order is placed. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised.

E. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you don't receive this within a reasonable time, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@drugtestingkit.uk.

F. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please check your card details, available balance/limit, and billing address, or try an alternative payment method. Contact your card issuer if the problem persists.

While we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, if a pricing error occurs on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price.
