Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship outside the UK? No, we currently ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
How fast is delivery? Orders placed before our 2:00 PM cut-off are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with 1–3 business days transit so most orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
Is shipping free? Yes, Standard Shipping is free on all orders of £40 or more. For orders under £40, a £3.99 shipping fee will apply at checkout.
Will my order be sent in discreet packaging? Yes, all orders are shipped discreetly with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging.
Can I track my order? Yes. Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number for our courier (DPD).
