You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
What Can Be Returned
- To return an item, it must be:
- In the same condition as when you got it
- Unused and unworn
- In the original packaging
- With tags (if any)
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@drugtestingkit.uk to request a return.
If we approve your request, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how to send the item back
Important: Don’t send anything back before contacting us first — we won’t accept returns that were not requested.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Check your order when it arrives.
If something is damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us right away so we can fix the problem.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We can’t accept returns on the following:
- Perishable goods (like food or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (like beauty products)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
Want a different item?
The best way is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, the money will be sent back to your original payment method.
Note: Refunds may take time depending on your bank or card company.
