Refund Policy

You have 30 days from when you get your order to return it.

To return something:

• It must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it.
• It should be in the original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return:

Email us at info@drugtestingkit.uk before sending anything back. We’ll give you return instructions.
Do not send items without contacting us first, we won’t accept them.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is broken, faulty, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can fix it.

Exchanges:
To exchange or return your item, first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds:
Once we get your return and check it, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.
If approved, we’ll refund your money to your original payment method.
It may take a few days for your bank to show the refund.
